Celebrity Hair… Untamed!

A few weeks ago, I saw a video with Jim Jarmusch and for some reason I imagined giant fists of hair emerging from his spiky hairdo.  This sparked an idea that I plan to use for an informal series of pictures… Celebrity Hair Fights! Basically, I’m just drawing celebrities with notable hairstyles and transforming their crazy manes into tools of destruction.

I tried to think of a suitable opponent for Jarmush, and the most suitable person that came to mind was David Lynch, who occasionally styles his hair into wild, tsunami-like swoops.

I’ve also been listening to some Lyle Lovett music lately, and since Mr. Lovett has some of the best hair on the planet, I’m throwing in this bonus picture:
